2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) outlines the terms and conditions for the sale of digital products and services offered by the Seller through the website asipofai.com, as regulated under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions by electronically approving this Contract.
3. FEATURES, PRICE, AND PAYMENT METHOD
3.1 Product/Service Details:

3.2 Contract Price:

4. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY

The delivery will be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

5. DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
- Delivery costs for physical products, if applicable, will be borne by the Buyer.
- The Seller will deliver the purchased product(s) or services within 30 days after payment confirmation.
- If the payment is not completed within the specified time, the Seller is not obligated to fulfill the order.
6. DECLARATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER AND SELLER
- The Buyer acknowledges the essential features, price, and payment terms of the purchased product(s) or service(s) by electronically approving this Contract.
- The Seller is responsible for delivering the product or service in accordance with its specifications, free of defects, and in compliance with applicable laws.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if the product is incomplete or defective.
7. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
- The Seller guarantees that the products and services are delivered free from defects that may diminish their intended use.
- If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may:
- Withdraw from the Contract and request a refund.
- Request a price reduction proportionate to the defect.
- Request repair or replacement of the product/service, if applicable.
The Buyer must inspect digital or delivered products and report any defects to the Seller within 7 days.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, unforeseen legal changes, or technical failures), the Seller is not liable for delays or failures in performance. The affected party must notify the other party in writing without delay.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this Contract are subject to Turkish Law. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s jurisdiction or where the product/service was purchased are authorized to resolve disputes.
10. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This Contract becomes effective as of the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
By approving this Contract, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.
